Ways to spend a day

However long
you want to stay.

Every tour is private and made to order. These are the shapes most of our guests choose — the wineries inside them are always yours to decide.

4–5 hours

The Half Day

Two estates and a scenic drive, usually late morning through early afternoon. Ideal for a first visit, a tight schedule or a group arriving from San Francisco the same morning.

From Napa, Yountville or Sonoma
6–8 hours

The Classic Day

Three to four wineries with a lunch stop, sequenced by geography so you never spend the day in the car. The format most guests book, and the one we have refined the longest.

Two days or more

The Weekend

Napa one day, Sonoma the next — or the mountains, the coast and a cellar door that requires an introduction. Multi-day bookings keep the same chauffeur and vehicle throughout.

Occasions

Some days ask
for a little more.

Tell us what we are celebrating and we will handle the details that make it feel like an occasion rather than a transfer.

Celebrations

Bachelorette & birthdays

Sprinter Executive with room for the group, a playlist of your choosing, chilled sparkling on request and a route that mixes serious wine with the valley's more playful stops. We keep the timing loose; nobody wants a schedule on a birthday.

Two people

Proposals & anniversaries

A quiet estate at golden hour, a table held for two, and a chauffeur who knows when to be invisible. We have coordinated enough of these to know that the best ones are the ones nobody photographs for an audience.

Groups of 6–56

Corporate & client hosting

Off-sites, client entertainment and incentive trips, with a single point of contact, fixed pricing and vehicles from an Escalade to a 56-passenger coach. Invoicing and COIs handled before the day.

August – October

Harvest season

Crush, barrel samples and estates at their most alive. Harvest books earliest and the best appointments go first — if you are planning a fall visit, start the conversation in spring.

★★★★★
“They rearranged the whole afternoon when we decided we wanted to stay at the second winery. No drama, no extra charge, no phone calls from a dispatcher. Just a text saying the next reservation had been moved.”

Areas we cover

The whole valley,
and the one next door.

Pickup from hotels, private villas, vacation rentals, San Francisco, SFO, OAK, STS and private aviation terminals.

Napa Valley

Napa, Oakville & Rutherford

The classic corridor along Highway 29, plus the quieter Silverado Trail. Best for a first visit and for anyone who wants the greatest number of estates in one day.

Napa Valley

Yountville & St. Helena

The valley's dining heart. Perfect for a day built around a long lunch, a tasting room or two, and an early dinner at one of the country's best restaurants.

Napa Valley

Calistoga & the mountains

Caves, sparkling houses and mountain estates at the northern end. Add a spa hour and the day becomes something closer to a retreat.

Sonoma County

Sonoma, Healdsburg & the coast

Cooler sites, Pinot and Chardonnay, and a slower pace. Forty minutes west of Napa and a different valley entirely — easily combined over two days.

Beyond wine

Michelin dining & spa

Meadowood, Solage, Auberge and the valley's three-star tables. We will hold the car through dinner and drive you home afterwards — no rideshare lottery at midnight.

Arrivals

Airport & private aviation

SFO, OAK, STS and Napa County Airport, with flight tracking and a chauffeur who waits. Luggage stays in the car while you taste, and we can drop it at the villa first.
